Eucalyptus plantations needs mechanization

Planting eucalyptus trees is mainly manual work. Planting speed is high, but all other work have to do separately. First, after final cutting, we spread first herbicide for weeds and re- growth. Then we drive a ripper. After that comes fertilizer and then we can do planting.
Watering is possible to do with planting, but in some regions that can be done separately. The most common problem is to get employees to do heavy and not so well payed work.

All other work in forest business have high mechanization level, except silviculture. Risutec planting heads can do subsoiling, fertilizing, herbiciding, pesticiding, watering with water or water gel and planting. Our machines can show lines and planting distances as well. We will show the new standard of silviculture- ASP-720 in few months.
